$99.00 for the consultation, design, programming, testing, and training.
The Setup stage needs to be completed within 15 working days of your payment.
It is often much faster, and the 15-day delivery target keeps us both focused and ensures your trial period options.
Meet the Makers.
We'll hash it all out and define your Smart Agent's personality and tone as well as the "Knowledge Base" used to answer questions about your specific business and service.
Development and Build.
Our team gets to work putting everything in place, testing, customizing, and optimizing your smart assistant.
We may need to touch base with you if we run into unforeseen issues or questions.
This is where your fast response and cooperation is important to keep us on track for the risk-free trial period.
Approve Your Agent.
We will set up a call to walk through what we think is the final version of your build. This will be a virtual video call where we share our computer screen and show you what we've built.
We'll do lots of demo and test calls here watching your mobile phone and possibly your email account for lead processing notifications and appointment confirmations.
We'll get one final chance here to get everything working as you expect as long as we are still within the 15-day setup window.
Launch and Soar.
We'll "deliver" the service. This means you get access to your account, the online training materials (if you want to self-manage or take over your account).
We'll train you on the use of the mobile app, if you decide to use it to track and manage your leads while in the field, (Optional and no charge).
Your recurring monthly billing will start.
